Jocelyne Loewen is an Canadian voice actress working with The Ocean Group, known for her roles in the English-language dubs of anime series, mostly that of "spunky" young girls.
In addition to voice work, Jocelyne has also played part in several live-action movies and television shows, including Stargate SG-1, The 4400, and The Dead Zone.
