Jocelyn Lucas

Sir Jocelyn Morton Lucas, KBE (27 August 1889 - 2 May 1980) was a British Conservative politician. He was elected Member of Parliament for Portsmouth South in a 1939 by-election, and served until 1966 when he retired.
