Jocelyn Devas

Jocelyn Devas was the founder of the Devas Club in 1884, a charitable club for young working men in Battersea, south London, England.
Devas was a student at University College, Oxford and the Devas Club has maintained its links with the college over the years.
Deval was killed in 1886 in a climbing accident.
