Hi. I'm Swedish (from Gotland) and I spend a lot of my time studying social sciences (in school). I contribute to a wide variety of articles, although primarily on articles related to the Swedish left - especially so the libertarian socialist organizations of Sweden), and articles on Swedish politicians. I also enjoy deleting stuff - see below.

[edit] 5000 6000 7000 edits

My 4999th edit was adding a sentence to Elise Ottesen-Jensen, and cleaning it up a bit. My 5000th edit was moving myself to the section "5,000 edits" of Wikipedia:List of non-admins with high edit counts. 6000th edit was fixing a typo and adding a DEFAULTSORT: to Reg Kehoe and his Marimba Queens. 7000th edit was fixing two typos in Pencader tunnel.

[edit] My one-man wiki-project

An interesting thing about Wikipedia is that it takes more time to delete than to create, even though deleting is easier. As thus, I've spent a lot of time simply... getting rid of stuff. Now, suddenly, I find myself not having enough time to delete lots of stuff. Luckily, I've found an area where I can actually contribute substantially - on articles on Swedish members of Parliament. Therefore, I ran my own mini-wikiproject: see /Riksdagsledamöter. It has now been incorporated into WikiProject Sweden, and as thus moved to Wikipedia:WikiProject Sweden/Members of the Riksdag.

Since December 23, 2006, I am an approved user of AutoWikiBrowser. I use AWB primarily when bored, for correcting spelling errors using the RegExTypoFix AWB enhancement. While doing this, I regularly check my watchlist for other developments while idly approving (or declining) AWB's suggested changes. If you for some reason feel I am editing too fast, or if I did something wrong, please notify on my talk page and I shall cease immediately and slow down/investigate what went wrong.

As the section below has made some people think I do nothing but delete stuff, I feel this new section is necessary. I contribute quite substantially, and I've also created a lot of articles - mainly stubs on Swedish MPs, though (see my one-man wiki-project). See /Creation.

[edit] Deletion

I frequently nominate articles for deletion in one way or the other. The reasons for me doing so is not to make a WP:POINT, to vandalize, or anything - I just don't think they constitute encyclopedic content. I keep track of my proposals, too - it's not like I tag them and leave them. When prodding, especially, I usually hunt up ~50 at a time and then wait for those to be deleted before taking on ~50 new ones. See /Articles for deletion and /Proposed deletions.
