JobShop

JobShop is a Romanian job fair for students and new graduates held every spring.
In 2006, the participants number went beyond anyone's expectations and 135 companies were offering opportunities for students. Also was the students number attending at the event, that by organizers appreciation was beyond 10.000.
JobShop is organised by each of the 5 Romanian Local BEST Groups in Braşov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iaşi and Timişoara in their respective technical universities.

JobShop is the first job fairs in Romania, organized for the first time in Romania in 1993 in Timişoara. Its purpose was to put companies and students face to face. In 1993 it was thought as an "open doors day".
In 1997 JobShop became a registered trade mark of BEST Timisoara.
Nowadays, JobShop consists of a week or two of stall days, company presentations, round tables with students, companies and teachers and various soft skills training sessions for participants.
