Joaquín Alonso

Joaquín Alonso González (born 9 June 1956), known as Joaquín, is a former Spanish footballer.

During his club career he played for Sporting de Gijón from 1976 to 1992. He earned 18 caps and scored 1 goal for the Spain national football team, and was selected to the 1982 FIFA World Cup squad.
