Joachim Rücker (born 30 May 1951, Germany) is an international civil servant from Germany. He was named Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Kosovo and head of UNMIK on 1st September 2006 and held the position until then. Before that, he was the Deputy Special Representative and Head of the Economic Reconstruction component in UNMIK administration.
