Detective Sergeant Jo Morgan is a character from the long running ITV drama The Bill. DS Morgan arrived at Sun Hill in March 1993 and finally left in November 1994 after just over a year. Although leaving to work in the South East Regional Crime Squad she was planning a return to Sun Hill but while visiting the station in 1995 she was tragically gunned down and killed.
