Well, there is a concern that this musician is not notable enough for inclusion in the encyclopedia. I would frankly expect that the person who proposed deletion will move to the articles for deletion process sooner or later. You'll want to read WP:BIO to determine what might establish Jo-L's encyclopedic notability. Beyond that, the article does not read like an encyclopedia article. I'd suggest that the easiest way to see what is wrong would be to compare the article with a different article on a musical artist.
