John Abraham plays Kabir, a lawyer. One day, Kabir meets Sonia (Bipasha Basu), the wife of a travelling millionaire. They embark on an affair, which leads to Sonia convincing Kabir to murder her husband. Sonia's motivation for the killing was to get her hands on her husband's money and property. The movie ends tragically.
