Since they are cartoon characters and not software, they should definitely not be classified as censorware. And where do they have anything to do with censorship in China? --Kakurady 11:19, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
- Their goal is to educate people about Chinese Internet laws and internet security pretty much like US-CERT. I don't think they censor anything by themselves.--Skyfiler 15:45, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
- With the part about them being displayed at the top of webpages, it seems they are supposed to act as Big Brother posters and intimidate people into self-censorship.--Daveswagon 18:19, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
