Since they are cartoon characters and not software, they should definitely not be classified as censorware. And where do they have anything to do with censorship in China? --Kakurady 11:19, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

Their goal is to educate people about Chinese Internet laws and internet security pretty much like US-CERT. I don't think they censor anything by themselves.--Skyfiler 15:45, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

With the part about them being displayed at the top of webpages, it seems they are supposed to act as Big Brother posters and intimidate people into self-censorship.--Daveswagon 18:19, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
