[edit] Football teams
Firstly I think Swindon Town are a pretty decent team too.
There seems to be a brief outline of what each football club page should contain at the moment on Wikipedia:WikiProject Football Clubs. Maybe we should discuss this further at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject Football Clubs
Although biased, I think that the Plymouth Argyle F.C. page is one of the best, but I know that most of the football club articles have their own individual strengths and weaknesses. Wimbledon F.C. for example has a table of important facts in it. Arsenal F.C. has a top scorers list.
Also, I think if we have a standard format for English football teams, we should atleast do the same for Scottish and Welsh teams, possibly all football clubs on Wikipedia.

- I saw your FA Premier league test stub (User:JimClark/TestStub), I did my own for Division One (User:SimonMayer/Useful/Football League team tables). I noticed there are problems with text wrapping. You can use pagebreaks. Take a look at the code I used if you aren't sure how to do it.
Also the football link, did not link direct to Association Football. Apart from that I'd like to congratulate you on a good test stub.

- I've removed the 'F.C.' and added the semi-colon. Please could you take another look to see it now works. Thankyou.

I suggest that for MediaWiki, we use Template:English Division One, Template:English Division Two, Template:English Division Three. This fits in best with the current article names. I'll hopefully do Div 2 & 3 soon. If not, just give me a kick up the arse.
