JimZDP is a former USAF linguist who, with regrets, left the military to complete a legal education. As a practicing attorney, I've been fortunate to serve state governments as a prosecutor. But, in a fair turn, I've represented clients who were accused by those same state governments. I also managed to enjoy civil law practice as well.

When not discussing law, I can be found listening to too many types of music to list here, and reading P.J. O'Rourke, Hunter S. Thompson, Ann Coulter, and any author who is not afraid to point out the sheer silliness we are forced to deal with in our body politic.
