I think it's safe to remove the "neutrality" tag. I've cleaned up the article consistently since I originally wrote it, and removed the uncited value judgments. If anyone objects to removing the NPOV tag, speak now or forever hold your peace. Unless someone gives me reason not to, I'll remove the neutrality tag after 5 days or so.
