Jimmy Greenspoon (born February 7, 1948, in Los Angeles, California) is an American keyboard player, best known as a member of the band, Three Dog Night.

In the 1960s Greenspoon played in several local bands, including The New Dimensions. In 1968 he met a trio of vocalists (Danny Hutton, Chuck Negron, and Cory Wells) who had a contract with Dunhill Records and were looking for backing musicians. Greenspoon helped re-launch Three Dog Night in the mid 1980s. In 1991 Greenspoon co-authored (with Mark Bego) a book about the band entitled One Is the Loneliest Number: On the Road and Behind the Scenes With the Legendary Rock Band Three Dog Night.

As of 2007 he continues to tour with the band.
