Jimi Jamison

Jimi Jamison (born James Wayne Deberry)(Hometown: Memphis, Tenn.) is a Rock Vocalist cited by Casey Kasem as one of the top Rock vocalists of all time. Jimi is known for his soaring vocals on Charting Hit songs by Survivor, ZZ Top, Target, and Cobra. Jimi was also featured in the Emmy-nominated Starbucks commercial on national TV which was a parody of Eye of the Tiger. Burning Heart, his signature performance, was included in the Rocky IV movie with Sylvester Stallone. I'm Always Here (the Theme from the hit TV show Baywatch) was sung and co-written by Jimi. Jimi Jamison has been a participant in the annual Rockin Christmas Fund charity fundraiser event held each year to help needy kids.
