Jim Sackett is the legendary cross-country and track & field head coach at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. 2006 is his 26th year coaching the Broncos. Before Cal Poly Pomona, Sackett led Western Illinois University's track program for 11 years and cross country for 5. During his career he has coached 12 individual national champions, 134 outdoor track all-americans and 23 cross country all-americans
