Jim McMahon (politician) is a Labour Party councillor for the Failsworth East ward in the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham in the United Kingdom.

He was first elected during a by-election in November 2003, and at the age of 23 was, and remains, the youngest councillor to serve on the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham since its inception in 1974.
