James Michael Mandich, (born July 30, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio) is a former professional American football tight end with the Miami Dolphins.
Mandich was an All-American at the University of Michigan. In 2004 he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Mandich graduated from Solon High School in Solon, Ohio
Radio Career
Mandich has broadcasted Miami Dolphins games on the radio and currently hosts a sports show on 560 WQAM weekdays fron 2-4 pm
His son, Michael, also joined the University of Michigan Wolverines football team.
