Jillian Skinner

Jillian Gell Skinner, MP (b. 5 August 1944) is an Australian politician, elected as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly.

Skinner was born in Melbourne, Australia. She was a journalist in Hong Kong from 1962-1973 and has lived in Sydney since 1979. From 1984 to 1988 she was involved in editorial writing, research, policy development and strategic planning. From 1988 to 1994 she was Director of the New South Wales Office of Youth Affairs. She is married with three children.[1]

Skinner has represented North Shore for the Liberal Party of Australia since a by-election in 1994.[2]
