Jill McCormick

Jill McCormick (born on August 23, 1977 in Los Angeles) is a model. Her father is a successful stock-broker and CEO, and her mother is a divorce lawyer. At the age of 16, McCormick and her family relocated to Miami, where she was accepted into Elite Models Miami Division.
After becoming a runner-up in an Elite "New Face" contest in 1996, Jill moved to Europe to pursue modeling. Soon after that, she moved back to Miami left Elite for Champagne-Trott Modeling Agency, because she wished to model less. Some Pearl Jam fans are worried that lead singer Eddie Vedder’s girlfriend, model Jill McCormick, is becoming “the Yoko Ono of the band.” Griping about the recent Pearl Jam show at Irving Plaza, one source writes: “Eddie Vedder puzzled fans (who had waited up to 38 hours at Tower Records to get a ticket for the show) by repeatedly signaling to his girlfriend and other celebrities on the balcony.” Hard-core fans seemed annoyed by the presence of former child star Mary-Kate Olsen, a friend of McCormick’s. While devout fans behaved like they were in church, McCormick, a lingerie model who wrecked Vedder’s first marriage, talked during the performance with real supermodel (ouch!) Gisele Bundchen. Lingerie model Jill McCormick, the new woman in Eddie Vedder's life, has been dubbed "Yoko" by hard core Pearl Jam fans. She is apparently also being blamed for the demise of Eddie's marriage to Hovercraft bassist Beth Liebling. Eddie was distracted during a recent concert as he repeatedly acknowledged her while she was on the balcony talking to supermodel Gisele Bundchen, annoying many fans in attendance. One of the Olsen twins showing up also didn't impress the rockers.
McCormick now spends her free time between Los Angeles and Seattle. She is currently dating Eddie Vedder, lead singer for the band Pearl Jam. She and Vedder have one daughter, Olivia, who was born on June 11, 2004.
