[edit] Proposed Jigger and Double Jigger Merger

Double jigger was prodded for deletion due to non-encyclopedic tone. I cleaned it up a bit, but both articles are on the weak side (especially double jigger), so I think it makes the most sense to merge the information unique to the double jigger into the general jigger article.
