Jharsuguda is a district in Orissa, India. Jharsuguda is headquarter of the district. The district once had an airport during World War II. The district is rich in coal and several other mineral reserves. Of late, iron and steel industries are coming up marking the sunshine days of the district in the times to come!It include four block and now a days a lot of industry are try to set up at Jharsuguda.The popular block are Lakhanpur,Kolabira and Jharsuguda.It includes one muncipalty (Brajrajnagar) and the Belpahar N.A.C.The Belpahar includes 12 villages and two town.The most popular village is Chhualiberna.
