Green Line is the official designation of a number of public transit services worldwide:
- The Green Line, a proposed transit line in Baltimore
- The Green Line, a light rail network in the Boston area
- The Green Line, a rapid transit line in Chicago
- The Green Line, a light rail line in Cleveland
- The Green Line, one of the two tram lines in Dublin's Luas system
- The Green Line, express bus services contracted by London Transport to bring passengers from country areas to central London
- The Green Line, a light rail line in the Los Angeles Metro Rail system
- Line 1 Green, a rapid transit line in Montreal
- The Green Line, a light rail line in the San Diego Trolley system
- The Green Line, the planned first line in a now-defunct plan to build a monorail system
- Viva Green, a bus rapid transit line in the Toronto area
- The Green Line, a rapid transit line in Washington, D.C.
There are a number of other public transit services that do not carry the official designation Green Line, but are sometimes referred to as such colloquially because they are represented by a green-colored line on official transit maps:
