The original hardcopy of this image was acquired by Mr. Ó Síocháin on the occasion pictured, which same hardcopy is now in the possession of Osioni.

The rear of the image is marked Photography by Robert Dawson with address in Dublin, Ireland. No restrictions of any kind are indicated. The private photographer accompanied the delegation.
