Jet Set
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jet Set is a television programme in the UK. It is presented by Eamonn Holmes, and it first started in 2001, on BBC television channel BBC 1. It is one of the many quiz shows to support the National Lottery televised draws.
[edit] Format
The format of the game is where six players in the studio answer questions to which related category. There are symbols underneath the players.
- Red symbol - if a player answers the question wrong.
- Green symbol - if a player answers the question correctly.
If a player has the red symbol, that player is eliminated and runs down until only two is left. The player who won the competition last time then is screened live at a round-the-world trip, normally seen throughout the episode.
Thunderball draw
After the first lottery draw, the two players play against each other up to four questions each, and the player with the most questions correct goes through to the final round.

[edit] Final Round
After the second and third lottery draws, the player (at the round-the-world trip) and the other player (in the studio) then play againest each other, but the final player choose which category they want. If a player gets a question wrong (or the player runs out of time), that other player chooses the category for the player. The players have three questions each, and if the player in the studio wins, they go onto a round-the-world trip, and if the other player on the round-the-world trip does not win, then return the next week.
If the player (on the round-the-world trip) wins, the go to another one, and the other (in the studio) returns to do it again the following week.
