I created this page for Jesus and the Lizards. I couldn't believe this classic band wasn't represented on Wikipedia. I remember they used to be my favourite band. It's a shame their catalogue isn't available right now, but it should be out soon.

As you might have noticed, there aren't a great deal of sources as of yet, most of this is from liner notes on the original copies of their albums I own. Some of the information comes across as joking, but a lot of it can be challenging to prove, since the band originally were big jokers who were hesitant to tell the truth about the band.

I remember the concert where they subbed Charlie with a dog. Most of the casual fans seemed outraged by this joke, but the hardcore fans (myself included) somehow expected this to happen at one point or another in Jesus and the Lizards' career, so we just went with the flow and had a great time.

P.S. Can't wait for "Revenge is a dish best served twice" (They confirmed this as the title for thier next album about a week ago, or so I'm told)
