This album is part of a series of all the Hillsong albums (see Hillsong Church, Hillsong London and Hillsong Music). As you will see, it is quite extensive and covers many albums. The page is currently quite empty as it is just a place-holder until the other information is added and the album cover is uploaded (see the previous album Shout God's Fame). The Hillsong series is notable because it is a very large church, whose albums have gone platinum. Their 2004 album For All You've Done reached number 1 in the secular album charts for a week. The Jesus Is album is just one of their many albums which is added in Wikipedia for completeness. The remaining information will be added as soon as it is available.
