Jesse Blaze Snider is a musician who currently fronts a band called BAPTiZED BY FiRE aka BXF (formally known as Blazed) and has appeared in or hosted shows on MTV, MTV2, VH1, FUSE, and HBO. He is also an aspiring comic book writer.

Blazed's first official release was entitled "The Party Starts Now!".

Jesse Snider, the eldest son of Suzette Snider and Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider, has three younger siblings, two brothers Shane and Cody, and a sister Cheyenne.

Based out of The Greater New York City Metropolitan Area, and fronted by former MTV2 Rock and AOL Top 11 Countdown VJ JESSE BLAZE SNIDER, the band makes no secret of its mission – create a fresh frenzy of the kind of rousing rock music that has been pushed aside for two decades, and deliver it with high energy and a punk edge. Jesse formed BXF as an outlet for positive energy and a passion for Rock n’ Roll. The band is an experienced crew featuring guitar player DANNY WACKER (NEW BLOOD REVIVAL, Atlantic Records), DAN CARLYSLE on bass (RCA Recording artist RACHAEL YAMAGATA) and drummer BENJAMIN CLAPP (Grammy Nominated SKELETON KEY & AMFIBAN w/PHISH lyricist TOM MARSHALL). Live, the band is a non-stop romp with a new approach to a familiar sound. Driving beats, smokin’ guitar riffs, and scream-along choruses make their songs instantly memorable. Free of both innuendo and self- pity, BAPTIZED BY FIRE songs are straight forward and affirmative; the kind of music that actually features the name of the song in the chorus – Rock n’ Roll that you can’t help but sing along to, pumping a fist skyward. Recently, New York area audiences have seen BXF share billings with JIM BREUER, ZO2, TWISTED SISTER, LA GUNS, BLUE OYSTER CULT, WASP, ZEBRA, METAL CHURCH, STEPHEN PEARCY from RATT and many others. The band has just wrapped recording on a 7-song EP produced by Denny McNerney (SEVENDUST, TWISTED SISTER). “We are here for you. We are playing for you. We are singing FOR YOU. And everyone is invited to come along!

JESSE BLAZE SNIDER-VOCALS

If you’re one of the millions of people who frequented AOLMusic.com last year, you would have had a hard time missing Jesse as the host of AOL’s TOP 11 COUNTDOWN. Jesse has also been a VJ for MTV & Fuse, a DJ for Long Island's 98.5 the Bone & the World Famous WLIR, he has hosted shows for HBO, appeared in shows for VH1, MTV and the Discovery Channel, and was the Music Consultant for the acclaimed TVT Record’s soundtrack to the motion picture Strangeland. Writing since he was 10, he has amassed hundreds of unused melodies just waiting to be let loose with BXF. An aspiring comic book writer, he has been getting pretty chummy with the buds up at MARVEL COMICS. Obviously sleep deprived, he is also a NATIONAL CHAMPION Semi-Pro football player for the BROOKLYN MARINERS. Overall, just your run-of-the-mill Writer/Running Back/VJ/DJ/Rock Star.!

DANNY WACKER-GUITAR

An amazing musician, Danny began playing at age 14 and developed his skills through studies at the American Institute of Guitar (AIG) in NYC. With both parents being musicians, Danny always concentrated on music throughout his life and served as a creative force in many bands over the years. In addition, he was a professional guitar instructor for the AIG and continues to teach on a private level. Danny's latest involvement with Atlantic Recording Artists NEW BLOOD REVIVAL found him working with producer David Kahne (THE STROKES, SUBLIME, PAUL MCCARTNEY) and touring all over the US and Canada. His background and experiences have led him to become one of the most credible guitar players in the tri-state area.

DAN CARLYSLE-BASS

Dan has been playing bass since the age of 15. The former bass player for "Delisco", winner of E" Network show, "The Entertainer" w/ Wayne Newton. He recently finished a 2 month US tour with RCA recording artist Rachael Yamagata, opening for Los Lonely Boys in LA as well as appearing on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Aspen Celebrity w/ Toto and American Idol's Diana DeGarmo Austin City Limits (on main stage 2 consecutive years) London @ Glastonbury festival & several other shows,opening for Jonathan Rice Japan - 2 week tour [Headlining band] KCRW Live City Stages in Birmingham w/ Ryan Adams and Def Leppard WGN Good Morning Chicago Dan is also In development w/ "The Jimmies", a kid's band to-be-featured .. @ the Noggin network [.. distribution] and is currently in Allaire studios, where he'S laying down bass tracks for Rachael's (yet-to-be-titled) second album, again, under RCA.!

Benjamin Clapp-DRUMS

At the age of fourteen, Benjamin Clapp’s voyage de rock was initiated by an invitation to play drums for Boise punk rock pioneers: HAGGIS. Multiple West Coast tours with the band soon followed, as did a number of record releases on independent labels from California to New York, as well as Europe. Several years of brass and percussion music study in public school continued to fuel the fire, and further his passion for music. All the while, Ben was consistently collaborating on internationally distributed studio recordings and North American tours with a number of independent bands from the burgeoning Boise scene. He also became an affirmed lifelong member of the Naked Cult of Hickey through these formative years. A move to New York in 2001 began a new chapter in Ben’s life; one that has seen him featured in numerous nationwide US and Canadian tours and studio recording sessions with PHISH lyricist TOM MARSHALL, the legendary WARSAW POLAND BROTHERS, Grammy nominees SKELETON KEY, and cult favorites MANVILLE. He finally has found a home as the drummer for BAPTIZED BY FIRE.
