Jesse J. Finley

Jesse Johnson Finley (November 18, 1812 - November 6, 1904) was the Mayor of Memphis, Tennessee from 1845 to 1846, a United States Representative from the state of Florida from April 19, 1876 to March 3, 1877, again from February 20, 1879 to March 3 of that same year, and once more from March 4, 1881 until June 1, 1882, and was briefly a contested United States Senator from Florida in 1887. He was a Democrat.
