Jesse Belanger (born June 15, 1969 in Saint-Georges, PQ) was a National Hockey League center from 1991 to 2001.

Belanger has spent time with five NHL teams, producing his best numbers with the Florida Panthers. Following the 1995-96 season he played primarily in the IHL only being promoted to the NHL level for brief periods. He spent the 2004-05 season with Biel of the Swiss B league, leading their team in points.
In 246 NHL games, Belanger recorded 59 goals and 76 assists for 135 points.
He won a Stanley Cup Championship in 1993 with the Montreal Canadiens.
