Jess Squirrel

Jess Squirrel is a fictional character in Brian Jacques' Redwall series. She is the wife of Mr. Squirrel and the mother of Sam Squirrel. She is a champion climber and the one who went to look for the Sword of Martin on the weathervane of Redwall Abbey.

When Sam is kidnapped by Slagar the Cruel, she sets out with Matthias and Basil Stag Hare to pursue the fox and fights in the battle in the underground city of Malkariss.
