Jess (Suikoden)

Jess is a character in Konami's role playing game Suikoden II. He was the Vice-Mayor of Muse acting under Anabelle. After he found Riou leaning over Anabelle's body he suspected that Riou had killed her though in fact it was Jowy Atreides who had killed her. Later in the story Jess finds out that Riou had not killed Anabelle and joins the Allied Forces.
