[edit] very poor writing in this article
There's a good deal of foreshadow tense as this now stands. Adn it neglects to note that it was manuals retreived by JS fropm the trash which contained the necessary access control details for SJS to arrange for PqcTel to deliver its own equipment (eg to a street corner) for later pickup by his company. It was an early example of hacking the sytem for gain. Most of the current content is about legal details and timelines. Not good enough for WP. ww 22:44, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
