Jerry Oberholtzer

Gerald (Jerry) Francis Oberholtzer (born March 10, 1959) is an American politician, a member of the Republican Party, and the current mayor of Snellville, Georgia since November 10, 2003.
Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Oberholtzer received a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 1981
His election as mayor was his third run for public office, he had previously lost a bid to become a city councilman in 1997 but was subsequently elected in 1999. He was previously the Treasurer of the Gwinnett County Water & Sewer Board.
