Jerome Charyn

Jerome Charyn (born 1937) is an American novelist.

Charyn was born in the Bronx area of New York and was educated at Columbia. He now lives and teaches in Paris.

His novel, Darlin' Bill received the Rosenthal Award from the American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters.

He has written over ten novels featurning the mythic hero-cop of a surreal New York City, Isaac Sidel.
