Jeremy Marshall was the bassist for the hard rock/alternative band Cold.

He has been in the band since its early days, back when they were known as Grundig. He plays a black custom 24 fret ESP 5 string bass, tuned to (low to high) G, C, F, Bb, Eb, with spider inlays. He has an ex-wife named Robin and is dating a violinist and Jacksonville Florida native named Allison Edwards (b. 1978) where the couple lives in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
