• when they do good, encourage and reward them
• When they do bad, discourage and punish them
• properly raised children will have faith that their lot in life is a consequence of their choices and behavior

• when they do good, find some way to slap them down (don't let anyone besides the kid see you do it)
• when they do bad, subtly encourage them, and let them know that they are living up to your expectations that they are a worthless loser. Use acceptance and rejection to reinforce these first two items.

• If done properly, the child will have faith that their treatment in life has nothing to do with their behavior and choices, so why even try.

• the interesting thing is, that the better the young employee's attitude is, the easier it is to ruin him.
• Its funner to do to a young man with a wife and two babies depending on him, because that way you have captive prey.
