These appear to be a copyvio from here:
http://www.askmen.com/women/models_250/251c_jennifer_hawkins.html (probably NWS unless you work for a men's magazine)
As such, I am going to revert them all.
[edit] Australian prom date?
Just read on Yahoo! that she later accepted again, but wants to keep it low-key.
[edit] Semi-protected
There has been a campaign by various anon editors over the last few weeks of including large un-encyclopaedic images in the article. Hence it is now semi-protected. Leave a message on my talk page if this causes undue problems. —Moondyne 09:01, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Un-encyclopaedic? Why don't we remove all the pictures of George W Bush off his article because they're 'un-encyclopaedic'? Atlantis Hawk 10:49, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Because the photos on the George W. Bush page ARE encyclopaedic. Don't be a smartarse. —Moondyne 00:08, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Date of birth
Askmen states her date of birth as simply '1984'. IMDB and Celebopedia both say 22 December 1983. I think the latter refs are stronger given they have a full date. IMDB is often wrong admittedly, but it is widely read and reviewed and I'm sure that error would have been picked up if it was wrong. I've reverted the article accordingly. The anon editor needs to provide stronger sources before re-reverting the article to say 1984. —Moondyne 00:26, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
No, if you read the following Article Mr "Moondyne", the point of her contract to them was to celbrate her coming 23rd birthday...How can she therefore be born in 1983? I like math. Yes, IMDB is wrong, Celebopedia probably took their info from imdb...I would change it but i don't have such capable powers. This means a lot to Jenny if her date is correct on wikipedia.
I've changed the date back to 1984. You can now carry on playing world of warcraft—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 203.91.75.61 (talk • contribs).
- I suggest you do your maths again, and at the same time drop your sarcasm and snide remarks. I'm changing it back to 1983 per the source you provided. —Moondyne 00:11, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
- Moondyne, I think the guy is correct. If you're born in 1983, and have your birthday on December then you would be celebrating your 24th Birthday and not your 23rd Birthday, as the article suggests. Therefore I've changed the date as per his remarks - David —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 202.154.68.174 (talk) 08:03, 22 February 2007 (UTC).

- David, the article was written in January 2007 and says "The deal was signed on December 22, her 23rd birthday", so its safe to assume that its referring to her turning 23 on 22 December 2006. 2006-23=1983. Or to put it another way, if she was born in December 1984, she'd be having her 23rd birthday in December 2007 and that hasn't happened yet. What am I missing? —Moondyne 08:19, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
