Jenni Falconer is a Scottish television presenter, born on 12 February 1976[1] in Glasgow. When she was 7 her family relocated to the South of England. In 1994 she moved to Leeds to attend university, majoring in Spanish and Italian, with minors in Latin, Geography and Management Studies[2] but flunked out after a couple of years. Jenni lives in London with her out-of-work actor husband James Midgley of Cutting It fame[3].
She made her television debut in 1994 as a contestant on Blind Date[4], and later presented BBC Scotland's Big Country and ITV's We Can Work It Out.[1] She has been the host of Entertainment Today since its launch on GMTV in 2000.[1]
In November 2005 she presented I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! in Australia for GMTV. In 2006, she was the winner of the BBC One reality TV show Only Fools on Horses. In September 2006, she became the host of The National Lottery Draws.
Falconer will have a role in Ecstasy, a film adaptation of the best-selling novel Ecstasy: Three Tales of Chemical Romance.[5]
