I engaged in correspondence with this source regarding permission to use another image, [[Image:4 Alarm Stud.jpg]]. That correspondence is copied below.

- Subject: Model photos
- Hi -
- I am working on an article in Wikipedia on Randy White and would like your permission to use the photo you have of him at http://www.hisxpress.com/media/randy_white_sm.jpg in the article. You may view the article at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_White_%28porn_star%29; the photo that is there will be replaced, as it is incorrectly identified.
- Could you grant use of this image for this purpose? Would it also be possible to get a blanket approval for use of any of the images of models that are included at www.hisxpress.com in articles in Wikipedia? This would include the pictures you have in the models listing and possibly those in the upper corner of the model's filmography page.
- We would always list attribution to New Millenium Video or other such entity as you direct.
- I appreciate your assistance with this request. Please let me know if you need further information.
- Thanks.
- Charles N. Sublett

[edit] Have asked for a free license
I have now sent the following follow-up e-mail to the owner of the image:
- Dear Arthur:
- Thank you so much for your response and permission to use the images. I was unaware, however, that your permission has to be a much more formal acknowledgement, with you having key information before you grant the permission, particularly as there is the potential of commercial use of the material. A more detailed explanation follows. (I’m using boilerplate text taken directly from the area of the Wikipedia that deals with this subject, so pardon the formality.)
- I am an editor of the Wikipedia, a multilingual project to create a complete and accurate encyclopedia by open editing. The English-language version may be viewed on the Web at http://en.wikipedia.org/. As a unique and highly visible project, we freely and publicly release our work, that it may benefit humankind. To this end, we deeply respect copyright, and are careful to prevent any infringement.
- We would like your permission to include resources created by your organization in our encyclopedia. Specifically, we are interested in copying the images accessible at HisXpress.com. In order for us to do so, it would be necessary for you to license your work under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL), which was designed by the Free Software Foundation (FSF) for free works. You can find the license text at http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html.
- If you licensed your images under this license, you would retain full copyright. However, we would be licensed to distribute the material, as would future users of it. We would distribute your work free of charge. However, future commercial distribution could occur. This is because users of our encyclopedia are authorized by the GFDL to distribute it, or any part of it, for a fee.
- The license does stipulate that any copy of the material, even if modified, must carry the same license. This guarantees that if licensed in this manner, no copy of your work could be made proprietary. That means that no one who distributes the work can ever restrict future distribution.
- Please notify me if you are interested in licensing all the images under the GFDL. Your response should specifically state that you license all the images at HisXpress.com under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL); please include the language in the next paragraph in your e-mail if you agree to do so:
- New Millennium Video, owner of the website www.HisXpress.com, expressly grants a license for free use under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) for all images to be found at that site.
- If your response is in the affirmative, please copy permissions@wikimedia.org on your e-mail; it will be permanent archived for reference in the future. I really appreciate your assistance with this. If you have further questions, or need to make some other arrangement for more limited use of your images, please let me know.
- Thank you,
- Charles N. Sublett
