Jelena Karleuša (Serbian cyrillic Јелена Карлеуша), also known as JK, is a Serbian pop/folk singer.

Jelena was born in Belgrade in 1978. She began her singing career in the mid-1990s and gained popularity with her debut album, Ogledalce (1995), selling more than 100,000 copies worldwide. She has since had several hits, most of which were written by Marina Tucaković. As of 2006, Jelena has released eight studio albums, which charted in Serbia, Montenegro and neighbouring countries such as Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria. She was briefly married to Bojan Karić in 2004, divorcing only 4 months later. In January 2007, a video recorded on a cellphone leaked onto the internet displaying Jelena, clearly intoxicated with an unknown man. In the video the man askes Jelena if she wants to perform sexual activities. She answers that she likes to receive oral sex and also rimjobs. The man then askes Jelena if she likes to give him oral sex and she then simulates oral sex with here tongue and fingers. This has been a big controversy in Serbia and other countries in the Balkan region.
