Turns out that I am not of sufficient interest to warrant my own page on Wikipedia. The following is the entry I tried to create for myself, but it was flagged for deletion within three minutes and gone within ten. Can't blame me for trying though, right?

Jeffrey Nye was born in Chesterland, Ohio in 1982. He graduated from West Geauga High School in Chesterland in 2000. In 2004 he received his bachelor's degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. While at Case Western Reserve, Nye became the only running back in school history never to be stopped for a loss on a carry, when he logged 8 carries for 17 yards, with a short carry of 1 yard. Nye is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, from which he will graduate in May 2007.

In addition to his athletic prowess, Nye is also a published author. "Phosphorylation of cyclin D1 at Thr 286 during S phase leads to its proteasomal degradation and allows efficient DNA synthesis," an important article describing the mechanism through which Cyclin D1 is regulated in human tissue, was published in the leading cancer journal Oncogene in February 2005.
