Jeffersonian Apartments

The Jeffersonian Apartments is a huge apartment building on Detroit, Michigan's Near-east side, located at 9000 East Jefferson Avenue. It was built in 1965 and stands at 30 storeys tall. It has 412 units, and it was designed in the international architecture style. As an apartment building, its primary use is residential, and is made primarily of glass and steel. It is located close to the MacArthur Bridge and Belle Isle.
The apartment building sits on a steep slope. The Jefferson Avenue entrance sits 17 feet above the back entrance along the Detroit River.
