Jeff Taylor is a founder of the online jobs site Monster.com. He attended UMass Amherst, joined the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He worked as a DJ before working on the startup in the mid 90s. In August 2005, he left Monster to found a new venture called Eons, Inc., a series of websites for people over age 50.
