Jeff Patterson is a professional wrestler that wrestled for World Wrestling Entertainment under the name Pitbull Patterson. He also appeared in WWE in 2001 under the name Mini-Dust (a miniature Goldust).

Beyond professional wrestling, Patterson has had other appearances on national TV. He appeared on Man vs. Beast as one of the midgets pulling the train. He also appeared on Monster Garage as one of the little people helping Jesse James. In addition, he appeared on The Jerry Springer Show as a mini male stripper in a dispute with his family.
