Jeff Mroz (born July 11, 1983 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania) is an American football quarterback, currently a member of the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Yale University by the Dallas Cowboys, but was released during training camp.
