Jeff "Blando" Bland (born December 6, 1964 in Flint, Michigan) is a guitarist who has played for Left For Dead and Saigon Kick. He is currently the lead guitarist for Slaughter, replacing Tim Kelly after his death.
He reportedly also briefly played with Vince Neil, along with his former Saigon Kick touring bandmate Phil Varone.

Jeff Blando was born in Flint, Michigan to Elbert and Fern Bland. He has two brothers. After being in several bands, he joined Slaughter in 1998 as Tim Kelly's replacement.
Since December 27, 2005, Blando partially owns V & F Sports Inc in Port Huron, Michigan.
