[edit] Concerning Jedi Hobbits
The Jedi Hobbit is an elusive creature, a master of both the pipeweed and lightsaber. Though usually fond of eating and reading a good book, the jedi hobbit is a formidable enemy when threatened. The jedi hobbit's natural habitat includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: a nice cozy armchair near a fireplace, by a computer, the Shire, outside amongst nature, in a jedi starfighter, occassional meetings at Coruscant or at a rave. And boy do jedi hobbits rave.

I enjoy things of the scifi and fantasy nature. Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter being my favorites. I am also a big fan of Star Wars, The X-Files, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda, Stargate Atlantis, and various 80s fantasy movies such as Legend, Labyrinth (film), The Lost Boys, and The Princess Bride. I also like lots of anime, Cowboy Bebop being my favorite. I love greek mythology, as well as various other mythologies. Faeries are a favorite of mine, and I like learning about mythical creatures, especially nature spirits such as kodamas.
I graduated from NC State University with a degree in zoology. My areas of concentration are primates, animal behavior, and evolution. I love animals and spending time with nature. My favorite animal is probably the gorilla, but I like them all! My music interests include various electronica, mainly happy hardcore. I also play the clarinet. I have 2 cats, Shadow a black cat, and Pippin, a Russian Blue.
