I have absolutely no idea who we are talking about here, I can not find any French cyclist named Jean Rossius and certainly he did not win the 1919 Tour de France. There is however a Belgian Cyclist named Jean Rossius of that age who actually won a stage in the 1919 tour de france. However since Jean Rossius could possibly also be a french cyclist, I need someone to confirm this. --Pelotas^talk 18:37, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
